Personal Statement

Jason
I am a scientist, a citizen, a photographer and a private pilot. I am passionate about our world and our interactions with it.

Career:

My professional career is dedicated to improving our understanding our natural world and how global change impacts organisms and their associated ecosystems. I have pursued these questions at a number of scales from global and continental shifts in species ranges down to the genes that create the underpinning of their ability to adapt (or not) to novel conditions.

Personal:

My passions outside the office include cycling, rock climbing, kayaking, photography and flying. My best days are those that can combine 3 or more!
